Is it normal to be scared of childbirth?

before i fell pregnant, i was like that. told everybody i will never have a baby because of the pain. but now it's the best thing i've ever done. the labour is painful, but worth it. epidural is the best you don't feel a thing but yes it is totally normal to be scared of childbirth. i was absolutely petrified!
