What is wrong with me?

For the last 2 months for some reason I have started itching in the man area. Now I am having itching in my legs near my man area. I dont know why. An dit is slowly workign its way to my anal area it feels like. i was told it was jock itch but this type of itching and scratching is just ungodly. i have scrapes on my ball and penis from scratching to much. Now I am starting to scratch my legs and butt lately. I have not had sex with no body except my boyfriend. Meanign I would never cheat too. I mean what th ehell is wrong wiht me.
