Afraid of giving birth in the USA?

honestly its probably because the USA also has the highest obiesity rate. so a lot of the pregnant people are overly obese. which is hard on your body, so theyre body may be under stress as it is,and cant handle the additional stress of giving birth. thats just a guess though.
