My mom has diabetes , and when she goes low she goes into this weird state of mind ...?

she would go to bed and in her sleep her blood sugar would go low and she would wake up and do weird things she has hit me , she yells and mummbles on about wierd things and it we would be up all night w her tryng to get sugar in her and she wouldtake fits , then she wouldnt remember anyrthing that happended once she snapps out of it . she used to do it alot , and today it happened but sh was already awake , she came home and i didnt notice at first but she was acting weird then we were both watching tv and i kept wakin up and she was sitting up w her face down and everytime i woke up she w in the same possition then i asked what was wrong and she just mummbled words then im like check your blood and she didnt i kept asking so i got mad and did it for her and it was 1.7 so i told her to eat i made her food then gave her a gloucos tablet then it got wirder , she was literaly acting like she was possessed , i wa crying it was realy scary , then i got my dad to come home and she still was all wierd then i gave er anther gloucos tablet and i gave her chocolats and stuff and like 3 hours later i checked her bloodan dit went to 1.4 so i gave her more chocolats then suddently she just snapped out of it and was like how long was i like this , she didnt remember anything but yaa i wana knoo why this happendes , kts realy scary and im afraid its guna happen hen no ones home and she goes into a coma or something , anyone have any thought about ths ??
