Who sings this song that hums do do do dit do do?

I have a song stuck in my head that I heard around 2008 (it was popular). The beginning sounds like some sort of keyboard (very upbeat). If I were to hum it it would go "dum dum dum dit do dum dum dum dum dit do dum" and then there are vocals, I'm not sure what he is saying but it is not singing its almost chanting or talking? I know that's not much to go off of but Ive been searching I cant find it anywhere because I don't know the lyrics. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
